SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms explain how consent, messaging, and opt-out work for SMS communications associated with Gate Insight programs.

Last updated: October 15, 2026

Your choice

SMS messages are sent only where you have provided the required consent.

Your carrier

Message and data rates may apply. Delivery depends on your wireless carrier.

Your control

Reply STOP to end messages or HELP for assistance where supported.

These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) apply to text messages sent by Gate Insight LLC (“Gate Insight,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) in connection with our services and messaging programs. They supplement our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. If a message is sent by a client or another organization using its own messaging program, that organization's terms and privacy notice may also apply.

Consent to receive messages

We send SMS messages only when the applicable consent has been obtained. By providing your mobile number and opting in through a form, keyword, or other stated method, you agree to receive the types of messages described at the time you opt in. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. We may retain records of consent and opt-out requests to administer the program and comply with applicable requirements.

Message content and purpose depend on the program you joined and may include service updates, appointment or request follow-ups, or other information described in the opt-in invitation. We do not use these terms to expand the scope of consent you provided.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on the program and your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply to each message sent or received, according to your wireless plan. Contact your wireless carrier for information about your plan and any applicable charges.

Opting out

You can stop SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to a message from the program. Where supported, other common opt-out words such as END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT may also be used. You should receive a confirmation of your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent through that program unless you opt in again. Opting out of one program may not stop messages from a separate program.

Help and support

For help, reply HELP to a program message where supported, or contact us at [email protected]. If you contact us about a client-run program, we may direct you to that organization for assistance.

Supported carriers and delivery

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee that every message will be delivered or delivered on time. Availability may vary by carrier, device, and location.

Keeping your information current

You are responsible for providing a mobile number you are authorized to use and for notifying the relevant program if that number changes or is reassigned. Do not enroll a number you do not own or have permission to use.

Changes to these SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above identifies the latest revision. Changes apply when posted on this page, subject to applicable law. Continued participation in a messaging program after an update means the updated terms apply to that participation.
